You are chatting with an AI

NYSD AI is an artificial-intelligence assistant powered by Moonshot Kimi K2.5. It is designed to answer questions about Not Your Slavic Doll, femininity, dating, breakups, red flags, boundaries, and related topics in the brand’s signature Slavic spy-chic tone.

Members-only access: NYSD AI is available exclusively to Slavic Doll Academy members. You must be signed in to a free Academy account to send messages. This keeps the channel private, protects your data, and helps us manage the real cost of running a cloud-hosted AI model.

Third-party AI service: NYSD AI is powered by Moonshot Kimi K2.5, a third-party cloud-hosted AI service. While we do not use your chats to train or improve our own models, your messages are transmitted to Moonshot's servers for processing. We are the deployer of this AI, not its creator. For details on how Moonshot handles data, please refer to Moonshot's Privacy Policy.

NYSD AI is not a human, and it is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or emergency advice. If you are in danger or crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional.

We do not train AI on your messages

Your chat messages are used only to respond to you and, if you are signed in, to provide conversation history. We do not use your chats to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. We do not sell your chat data.

How your chat data is stored

• Signed-in Academy members: When you create a free Slavic Doll Academy account, your conversation history is saved so NYSD AI can remember context across sessions. We keep this history until you delete your account. You can start a fresh chat at any time using the restart button in the widget.
• Non-members: You can open the NYSD AI widget to see the welcome message, but you cannot send messages or store chat data until you join the Academy.

Human contact

NYSD AI can answer questions and point you to resources, but it cannot replace real human support. If you need to speak to a person, please use our contact page or email us directly.

Compliance

We designed NYSD AI to meet the transparency expectations of major AI frameworks as of June 2026:

• EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689): We disclose that you are interacting with an AI before the start of the conversation, provide this policy, and offer a human contact route. NYSD AI is a limited-risk chatbot under Article 50 and is not used for high-risk decisions such as credit, employment, or medical diagnosis.
• UK: We follow ICO guidance on transparency and lawful processing of personal data. Chat data is processed under a contract/legitimate-interest basis for signed-in Slavic Doll Academy members.
• US: We comply with applicable state disclosure laws and FTC guidance against deceptive AI practices. We clearly label NYSD AI as artificial intelligence and do not misrepresent it as human.
